The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from baijee:

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet was accepted will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baijee and may result in immediate account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to claim bonuses.
• Third-Party Payments: Making transactions using another person's payment account or card.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or any other automated means.

Baijee may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• Upon receipt of a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

If a balance remains after account closure and no violations have occurred, a refund process will be initiated. Bonus funds are generally non-refundable.

Baijee accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is voided due to internet disconnection or a technical issue.
• Due to delays or issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Unauthorized access to your account by a third party (the responsibility for password security lies with the user).
• External cyberattacks or force majeure events.

In no event shall Baijee's total liability exceed the value of the transaction in question. Baijee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

If any part of Baijee's Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
